Band Elastics

Our collection of Bra Band Elastics includes a variety of widths, colours, and degrees of stretch. Whether making a small 30 B size bra, or a 48 F, we have the right Band Elastic for your project.

Many of our elastics are also Latex-Free, containing only nylon and spandex to accommodate those with Latex sensitivities.

Band Elastic Types:

Our Band Elastic collections includes a variety of elastic types, allowing you to choose according to your project:

Picot Edged Band Elastic – this elastic features one plain edge and one picot edge. This is a softer elastic, used for the tops and bottoms of bra bands, as well as the waistband and legs of panties.

Firm Band Elastic – this elastic features one plain edge and one scalloped picot edge, used for bottom edges of bra bands, or waistbands of panties. This elastic features a firmer holding power than our Soft Band Elastic, but does soften up slightly upon washing.

Gripper Elastics – Our gripper elastics feature a silicone strip applied along the centre of the elastic. These elastics are applied to any area that needs to stay put, as the silicone gently grips the skin.

Plush Waistband Elastic – This incredibly comfortable, 1.5″ (38 mm) wide elastic is plush on both sides. Use for the top waistband of men’s underwear or the bottom of a sport bra.

Wide Band Elastics – Use our  3″ – 5″ ( 75-125 mm) wide elastics for the bottom of sport bras, long line bras, or medical garments.
