Bra Kits

Bra kits are the easiest way to get started in bra-making.  After all, we include all of the components needed for making your own bra in the bra kit. Rest assured, generous amounts of materials are included in the kits. We include enough to make even the largest bra pattern we carry. Our customers tell us with great enthusiasm that there is often cut two bras from one kit (depending on your size). If you are a smaller size, you will need additional elastics for the second bra.

Bottom band elastic – we supply 3/4″ (18 mm) wide in a large kit and 1/2″ (12 mm) in the small kit

Top Band elastic – both large and small kits include 3/8″ (9 mm) plush back elastic

Channeling – wire casing is the tube for the underwire

Strap Elastic – the large kit includes 3/4″ (18 mm) strap elastic and the small kit contains 5/8″ (15 mm) elastic

Strap Adjusters – we supply 2 sliders and 2 rings,  in 3/4″ (18 mm) for the large kit or 5/8″ (15 mm) for the small kit

Neckline trim – a fancy trim for the neckline and the inner edge of the front strap

Hooks & Eyes – one 3 x 3 hook & eye set for the large bra kits or a 2 x 3 hook & eye for the small kit

Bow – of course, we include the bow. What bra is complete without the little bow for the front?
