We offer everything you need to make all 22 of the tester sizes in this Classic Bra Tester Bra Kit. The Classic Bra uses a unique system developed by Beverly Johnson and the system is based on using the Bottom Cup Depth (BCD) of the breast in order to determine the size of the bra you will make for the client. We include everything you need to make BCD sizes from 2.0 all the way up to 7.5. That is equivalent to making every size from 30AAA all the way to 48H. What’s included in the Classic Bra Tester Kit?

• 5 metres of White Duoplex – our most stable fabric and the best fabric for testing consistently
• 1.5 m of power net – for the back bands
• 22 m of white channeling – we allow extra so you can leave 2″ tails at each end for easy wire insertion
• 27 m of top band elastic – 3/8″ elastic for all sizes
• 12 m of bottom band elastic for the small sizes – that’s 1/2″ band for small sizes
• 18 m of bottom band elastic for the large sizes – a wide and supportive 3/4″ elastic for the large sizes
• 13 m of stabilizer tape – you must stabilize the top of the cups if you want the cup to go back to the “wall”
• 26 m of neckline trim – pretty trim to finish the neckline
• 6 m of strap elastic for the small sizes – 1/2″ strap elastic
• 10 m of strap elastic for the large sizes – 3/4″ strap elastic
• 10 sets of sliders and rings for the small sizes – 1/2″ sliders and rings
• 12 sets of sliders and rings for the large sizes – 3/4″ slider and rings
• 10 hook and eye sets for the small sizes – a set of 2 x 3 hook and eye for the back of the small sizes
• 12 hook and eye sets for the large sizes – a set of 3 x 3 hook and eye for the back of the larger sizes
