Swiss Dot Tulle Fabric
Our Swiss Dot Tulle Fabric is a lightweight tulle, perfect for pairing with other fabrics for bra cups. The fabric features small dots on a net background, for a vintage look. We often see this fabric used in high-end ready-to-wear lingerie. It’s a classic! This fabric can be used over any fabric or foam to cover cups, including our 15 Denier Sheer Nylon Fabric or our Sheer Cup Lining. This fabric is also suitable for all types of lingerie, including camisoles and panties. Make yourself a full set!
Our customers use this fabric as an overlay over stronger coloured fabrics. The added thin layer of tulle will soften the appearance of stronger colour. For example, we toned down a stronger peppermint pink colour to a lovely pale shade, simply by adding a layer of Swiss Dot. We have customers who use it in their hat-making, adding a veil of Swiss Dot Tulle as a dramatic front or side accent.
It is also a superlative fabric when used as a cover over cut-and-sew foam cups or pre-formed bra cups. Imagine, covering a foam cup without any pleats, tucks or gathers. The tulle, having mechanical give, will pull out to smooth itself over most cup cover applications.

Uses:
The Swiss Dot Tulle Fabric is used for any garment that requires a light, sheer overlay. However, it can also be used alone to make sheer, flowing garments such as teddies or peignoirs. This fabric is great for covering cut and sew or pre-formed foam bra cups.
