Once in a while, a fabric comes along that solves a number of problems. Our Wickable Anti-Bacterial Stretch Fabric is the solution for those who perspire heavily, even on the coolest days. This is also an ideal fabric to use to make all types of active wear, for anyone who wants to keep cool and dry during physical activity. The 100% Polyester fabric actually wicks away moisture from the skin’s surface, to keep you cool. The fabric is also treated with silver particles, making it anti-bacterial. The anti-bacterial property resists odour absorption.
Did you know that silver repels bacteria? We were not aware of this, until reading the literature about this great fabric. The yarn is soaked in a colloidal silver solution before knitting. The resulting fabric resists odor absorption from bacteria, after even hours of wear.
Use this fabric for active wear, underwear, sport bras, or any garment that requires moisture wicking and/or low odor absorption.
Our Wickable Anti-Bacterial fabric is 58-60 inches (147-150 cm) wide with mechanical give in the crosswise direction only. 100% Polyester.
