The Men’s Organic Cotton Underwear Kit with Pattern includes half a meter of our luxurious Organic Cotton Knit Fabric or Heathered Organic Cotton Knit Fabric, 1.2 meters of plush waistband elastic, and our Men’s Underwear Pattern. You’ll have enough material for one pair for sizes 30″-44″ (76-111 cm). This kit and pattern bundle is for our sewers who are trying out this pattern for the first time for a special price of $36.00!

The Men’s Organic Cotton Underwear Kit contains Organic Cotton fabric made of natural fibres. Cotton is breathable, warm and cozy. If you have sensitivities to synthetics, organic cotton is the way to go. Since it is a natural fabric, we advise pre-washing it prior to use. If you find that it curls after washing, a good shot of spray starch, sometimes called Fabric Sizing (found in the grocery store) will tame it.

Materials Included:

Every Men’s Organic Cotton Underwear Kit with Pattern includes the necessary materials to make a pair of men’s underwear based on our pattern. The Kit includes:

• Organic Cotton Knit or Heathered Organic Cotton Knit in your choice of colour
• Plush Waistband Elastic – either black, platinum, or white – we will choose based on what best coordinates with your fabric
• Men’s Underwear Pattern

About the pattern 

 Men’s underwear has not been given much attention in the sewing world – until now! The first Pin-up Girls Men’s Underwear Pattern uses both classic American and modern European styling in its design. Both views can easily have the legs shortened or lengthened to your personal preference.

Both pattern views are quick to sew, using only a wide elastic for the waist and 0.5 metres of fabric. Use Cotton Jersey, Interlock, Modal, Bamboo, Microfibre Knits, or even Performance Fabrics. The man who wears these will be amazed at how comfortable and supportive underwear can feel! Our customers tell us this is the most comfortable underwear they have ever owned, it rivals the fit and comfort of the very best ready-to-wear, costing much more!

Waist sizes 30-44″ (76-111 cm) included in the pattern.

Michael:

Men’s underwear style Michael features classic American underwear features, with a curved front panel and shapely back panel and back seaming. However, the Michael has one important difference – Inside the front panel includes an optional support sling to keep the parts separated and prevent chafing. In addition, it has the preferred over-the-top access.  Our customers who prefer front access, tell us that this pattern easily adapts.

Lillebror:

Lillebror also features over-the-top access but features a European style front with a shaped front Y-panel. This shaped front can be made from contrast fabric or colours. The forward side seam is a fashion detail. This pattern has no seams across the back. The Lillebror view also features the optional support sling inside the front panel, to keep the parts separated and prevent chafing.
