Metal Bra Separators

Our Metal Bra Separators are used to keep the fabric stationary in deep plunge necklines of bras, costumes, or dancewear. The separators can be used in combination with other structural elements, such as underwires or boning. A Metal Bra Separator is inserted into either a continuous channel or into a casing made from the fabric itself.

We carry a variety of Metal Bra Separators styles. Choose the style and size that best suits your project.

Separator Styles, Sizes, and Uses:

Petite Size V-Separator – 1″ (25 mm) wide, 1.5″ (38 mm) long. A short separator adds drama and style to any neckline. Use this separator for bras, costumes, or dancewear.  This is our smallest Separator.

Small Size V-Separator – 1.4″ (35 mm) wide, 2.25″ (60 mm) long. This separator is one size up from the Petite Size V-Separator. Use to add drama and style to the neckline of any bra, costume, or dancewear.

Medium Size V-Separator – 2.5″ (63 mm) wide, 3.5″ (89 mm) long. This separator is one size up from the Small Size V-Separator. Use for bras, costumes, dancewear.

*NEW* Wide Medium Size V-Separator – 3″ (75 mm) wide, 3.5″ (90 mm) long. This separator is a wider version of the Medium Size V. Use for bras, costumes, dancewear.

Square V-Separator – 2.25″ (60 mm) wide, 4.25″ (110 mm) long. This separator features a squared bottom edge and is great to use in deep plunge necklines for bras, costumes, or dancewear.

Curvy V-Separator – 3.75″ (97 mm) wide, 4.25″ (110 mm) long. This separator features a curvy shape, to add drama to your plunge neckline. Use for bras, costumes, and dancewear.

Circular Separator – 1.25″ x 1.25″ (32 mm x 32 mm). This separator is perfect to use as the centre front focal point by turning a fabric edge over the metal and stitching it down. The curved ends of the separator will keep the fabric from falling off.
